there are a couple... google for PDA SOLAR

All pocketpcs user 5vdc for their charging source, so the only remaining
task is to get the correct connector and assure the polarity is correct.

Most solar panels output far below the normal current provided by ac or
automotive chargers... I've used small 12v panels to suppliment the
charge on my ppc as in full sun and a dead short, the don't put out
enough current to cause any danger to the device.

If you are going to use high wattage panels, you would do best to try to
get 6volt panels (6v should be fine for charging 5v devices) and put
them in series... converting 12v solar back to 6v will be very inefficient.

I _think_ I've seen something like that in a Mobile Planet catalog. So
you might try

Parallel, I think. In series you will get 12v.

I have a rollup solar charger that I find to be unreplaceable when out. It
unrolls to about 52 inches, and packs 20 watts of power (16v, 1.2 AMPS).
For charging a PDA or music player I use a automotive power adapter
directly, works well enough. After use it rolls up and stores inside a tube.
It will fully charge a PDA in a couple hours or so, depending on how bright
the sun is, etc. (It works okay even under cloudy skies, just takes a bit
longer) Not cheap (around $300), but it is tough stuff made of CIGS,
weatherproof, and lightweight for its size and function.

Of course this may be a bit bigger than you have in mind.
