I have a couple RIS servers that were completely functional
prior to securing them to use lmcompatibility level 5 so
they can comply with our security policy for our production
lan. As soon as we made tha change and we were no longer
able to get them to authenticate via client the client
login screen or when creating new ris images. Since the
server are running 2000 Advanced sp4 i think it's an
incompatibilty with ris in this version. The question is do
I need to upgrade the DC or the member server with RIS to
2003 to maintain this security setting?
