i had managed to make my SUS works by adding ADM files on
every client. i wonder, if theres any way that i do it
remotely without having to visit every client to add the
ADM files? as i was abt to apply certain policy on my
Outlook .. im afraid and trying to avoid visiting 1 to 1
again as increased my workloads/tedious/unpractical way ..

As you mentioned in the title of your post, Group Policy is the answer.
1. You must have Active Directory domain.
2. Clients that you want to manage must be domain members.
3. You configure the policy and link it to the appropriate container where
your clients are situated.
