Hi,

I have seen a problem once where trying to access it brings up a broken
HTA - it's basically the Dialog but without any of the scripting working.

I remember the solution was to re-register a bunch of DLLs using
RegSvr32 (one of which was related to JScript). There's a KB article
about it.

Hi Angel,

I've seen this before, try installing the latest version of Internet
Explorer. If you already have the latest then choose "Reinstall".

Yes, if you get an issue where you can double click "Add/Remove" but get
a mangled window, then it's usually an issue with IE and scripting.
Reinstalling IE or re-registering the DLLs usually fixes it, however it
does not explain the person who has no icon at all...
