Downgrading to windows 7

Hello,
i try to Downgrade from windows 8 to windows 7 on toshiba satellite c850-b559...but after formating i can't boot for any bort or any thing

Well did you even check to make sure your hardware could be downgraded to Windows 7 before you did it? Plus Windows 8 is a great OS and there was no reason what so ever to even degraded your laptop by downgrading it and since you had Windows 8 it was most defiantly a downgrade. Your best bet would be to use the restore partition to restore Windows 8 if you have one. Other than that I do not know what to tell you. Did you even make a backup of your OS witch your laptop should have prompted you do to when you first started it?
