Hi All,

I have a Belkin wireless router (F5D7230-4, ver.4000ak) where my wall plug phone line, DSL modem, this F5D7230-4 and my 2 desktop PCs are installed at the same room using wired connection, while laptop and PDA via wireless.

Now, I have to move my 2 desktop PCs to another room. Can I use 2 wireless routers (1 new + 1 existing) or 1 new AP + existing wireless router to connect between my DSL modem and my desktop PCs where they are located at different rooms?

case 1
room 1: phone line + DSL modem + new AP
room 2: existing wireless router wire connected to 2 desktop PCs

case 2
room 1: phone line + DSL modem + existing wireless router
room 2: new wireless router wire connected to 2 desktop PCs

Please advise. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas :D

No, you need either Wireless Network Adapters for each PC or a Network Bridge.

If you have another phone jack in your new room, move all of your equipment.
