How do I tell what rev DS3 I just recieved?

I just received a new DS3 and want to know how to tell what revision board it is.

The only markings I can find is on the corner of the board, same edge as the rear connectors but opposite end. says "rev: 3.3"

is this my board revision? I just want to make sure I didnt get a rev 1 board.

I believe CPU-Z can provide you with that info. It should also indicate it at startup.

You are correct, that is a Rev 3.3 board.

where did you get it and where do you live?
the reason i ask is im thinking of getting that board for a build im putting together for a friend and didnt want to get stuck with an older rev board and have problems. i still see some people at the eggs website stating they just got rev 3 and some said they got older boards

Generally newegg is good with special requests, so if you ask for them to send you a rev 3.3 board they should do it if they have them in stock, which by all reports seems true.
