I am trying to install a Win2kProSP2 (English) using a Win2k3Server
Enterprise edition (English) with no SP.
In the .sif file I used the instructions:

[RegionalSettings]
LanguageGroup=4
SystemLocale=0408
UserLocale=0408
InputLocale=0409:00020409;0408:00000408
and

[RegionalSettings]
LanguageGroup=4,1
SystemLocale=0408
UserLocale=0408
InputLocale=0409:00020409;0408:00000408

but as result I have three input locales at the Win2kProSP2 pc:

English / English United States
English / English United States-International
Greek / Greek

I do not need the English / English United States keyboard layout.
Is there a solution?

If you use "LanguageGroup" value "4,1", it means that you are using "Westen
Europe and United State, Greek".

For "InputLocale" value, using "0409:00020409,0408:00000408" means
"ENU:0002-th keyboard layout in ENU and Keyboard Layout 408:0000-th keyboard
layout in Keyboard Layout 0408"

If you don't need US English layout, simply remove "0409:00020409" from
"InputLocale line"

Below are some web locations for your reference:
