No place for my Ninja's fan?

I just installed a Scythe Ninja onto a Gigabyte S3 and ran into a problem with placing the fan. I first tried the right side but the fan would hit the RAM. I then tried the bottom but it would hit the northbridge heatsink. There is no room on the left because of the case's exhaust fan (Antec 900 btw).

The one place there seems to be room is above the ninja. The only problem is I would then be fighting the massive 25cm exhaust fan on top of the case. Has anyone found a way to make it work on this mobo? The one thing I figure is that there is enough airflow close to the ninja that it may not matter if I cannot attach the fan. What do you think?

Are you using the cooler or the fan and the cooler? The 900 is a big case?!? Not sure what the answer is?

I have the cooler on there now and was trying to add the fan. I agree, the 900 could house a 3rd world country, but other than the rear exhaust fan, most of the space issues are with the S3 motherboard. I guess logically my two options are to come up with a custom set up or forget about adding the fan.
