Creating RIS image

When uploading an RIS image to the server it crawls along
at a snails pace. Like 6 hours to create an image.
OS on workstation is Windows XP sp1. Installed programs
are Word and Adobe acrobat reader. However when imaging
a workstiation RIS works works great.. I have checked the
nic card and switch ports for a mis configurations and
errors. There is none.
Any help would be appreciated

How strange. Usually it's the other way around.

Are you RIPREPing across routers?

Is your RIS server multihomed?

Do other clients work and this one does not?

Errors on the event log on the RIS server?
