MB Asus P5GD1PRO (i915)
I had 2x512 Double Sided OCZ KIT (OCZ4331024ELDC-K PC3500), decided to add 2x512 Hynix PC3200 Single Sided, but they didnt work together (No Signal On Monitor), but they worked fined apart. I thought that the problem was because of the Sigle Sided modules.

Changed them to 2x512 Kingston KVR400X64C3A/512 (PC3200) - but the same problem, they dont work together with OCZ.

Tryed different settings (SPD, manual), different placing in slots - nothing helps.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Yep! They work well separately!
1 or 2 Kingston DIMMs, or 1 or 2 OCZ DIMMs.
In dual channel mode.

But when they are together - the system dont event turn on the monitor.

Mondoman

Splendid
One last test: how about if you install 1 Kingston and 1 OCZ? If that works, that would show that they are not incompatible with each other, but rather that the problem with 4 DIMMs is more likely to be a motherboard issue. I know a number of MBs have to use a reduced memory speed if all 4 slots are full; you could also try manually setting the RAM speed to DDR-333, then install all 4 and see if that works.

1 Kingston & 1 OCZ (in 1 and 3 slots, or in 1 and 2 slots) = dont work.
2 Kingston & 2 OCZ and DDR-333 - dont work either.

What is fking wrong with that OCZ?
May be some problem with it SPD (cause of PC3500)? I heard that SPD could be re-flashed...
