If no 7 specific drivers exist, use Vista drivers instead.

I know... my whole point was that people shouldn't be posting here without checking the manufacturer's website first. Of course in this case, once they do that, we can tell them "if neither Vista or 7 are listed at (name of manufacturer)'s site, you're out of luck". I just keep feeling like a broken record repeating myself telling people to check the vendor's site first. It's getting a little irritating.

Edit: I have now added the driver question to my list of Common Windows 7 Questions as number 13.
