SID SEARCH and ADD

I need a utility similar to SUBINACL but that can SEARCH for a given security
principle and when found ADD a specified security principle with the same
permissions. For example, on every file and folder for which domain1\user1
has permissions, ADD domain2\user2 with the same permissions as domain1\user1.
