riprep errors with "Administrator Privileges Required"...

Receive the following error:

....You must be an administrator of this computer to run this utility. Log
off, and then log on using an administrator account.

I used the domain admin account, and other with the same privileges. Of
course, the computer is a member of the domain. Domain admin is a member of
the local admin group. The system is Windows 2003 Standard. This is the
only system in the domain refusing riprep.
