I was roaming around computer junk mark when my eyes landed on a stack of old P3 IBM netfinity servers. I don't care about hardware inside them but im particularly interested in their case.

It has 90mm and 120mm fan cleverly installed at strategic points and seems to have very balanced airflow with low noise level. The PSU is larger than regular atx and has a large fan.

Im gonna rip the internal off and reuse the case for building latest PC. Im pretty positive that it will offer remarkable thermal management. The PSU is larger than standard desktop ATX with a large fan. So i'll have to swap the internal of PSU with newer one..

Overall i guess this is a successful project and will worth $20 spent on IBM Netfinity.

Just though i share this with you guys..will keep you updated on this..
