Terminal server license

Hi,
I recently had a problem with one of my A/D DC's however I was able to
successfully transfer all FSMO's to a new DC . My question is how do I
transfer the terminal server licenses to this new DC . In addition I would
like to perform a dcpromo and remove A/D once terminal server license has
been successfully transfered. Are there are any requirements I should
consider before performing dcpromo ?

P.S I also discovered the following error being logged in event view. I
think this is in regards to my new DC looking for my old DC. I think this
error might be resolved once my old DC has been demoted (DCpromo)..
