Alright, so i'm gonna RAID 0 my two 250 gig caviars, and my motherboard cd gives me the option of creating a JMicron driver disk and an NVIDIA driver disk, both with 32 and 64-bit options. Since i have never done a RAID array before, i'm friggin clueless as to what i should do. I'm running XP home, so i guess i should do a 32-bit option, but should i go with JMicron or NVIDIA for the driver? Does it make a difference? any help would be greatly appreciated. i tried to find the info elsewhere in the forum but couldn't. perhaps i just wasn't looking in the proper place. All i wanna do is load my UT2004 maps before the other guys and play FEAR without my hd struggling to keep up.

My system:
e6600 @3.0
P5N-E SLI
x1900xtx
XFI Xtreme gamer
two 250 (sata2) and one 160 (ide) gig caviars

well it sounds like your motherboard has 2 raid controllers...you use whichever you want to plug the drives into, i doubt there is a huge difference performance wise between them though.
