Hi,
I am in the process of testing and implementing an unattended server
installation method for my company. The most acceptable option I feel is to
use the winPE cd to boot the server and use custom scripts to continue the
unattended installation of OS and patches.I am using the network installation
method,in this we keeps the installation source and drivers in a share and
then connect to that share after booting from PE.I am using the command
winnt32 /syspart:c: /s: source /unattend:unattended file /noreboot. This
copies the temp files to c: drive and then reboots.
The problem I am facing starts after this point. After rebooting the server
It goes to the textmode setup portion and asks for pressing F6 to specify
additional scsi drivers.Since there is no network connectivity after reboot
(After reboot I am boting from the HD not from PE cd) how can I give the
textmode scsi driver from textmode folder?
