cpu good for this build?

is this cpu good for this build if i plan on gaming? and also is there any problems or suggestions of this build?

ok so i can get a BFG 7900 GT OC 256 mb at 475MHz from a friend for cheap because he is upgrading so would i be able to SLI with this setup ? the real problem is the site i order from here in Canada does not carry the 7900GT OC anymore but they do have a cheaper XFX GeForce 7900GT 256MB that i could get but would it work with one being OC and BFG and one not being OC and XFX brand, also is XFX known for very good cards? really want to know if this will all work.

get an 8800gts320 if your going to build now else wait 2 weeks or so for 8600 and possible price drops as i heard today that the rumour is 31st march for r600 (or x2800xtx or dragons head)
