Enough?

Is the Thermaltake 650W PSU enough to power 2 8800GTXs, 4 250GB SATA drives, an Athlon 5200+, 4GB of memory, a few fans and 2 cold cathodes? also a DVD Burner.

Maybe. It'll certainly be fine w/one 8800.

I think it would probably handle 2 8800 GTX but I'm not too sure, check the +12V rails.

The PSU has 4 +12v rails each at 18A combined 48A rating, should be fine.
