Hi. I want to setup a network betwen my apartment and a neighbour 60m far away with buildings betwen. Is it possible?

So, you want to have a wireless signal go 200 ft (for the metric impaired) - not a big deal - but through multiple buildings? Unlikely. You could invest a lot of time and money dinking around with this and in the end, have nothing. You might have a shot if you can get the antennas to the roof of both building.

Yes, it IS possible... But it would cost you alot, and you're gonna find some VERY high-powered antennas!!!

So I would not suggest that you begin with this project...
