Will i have compatability issues if I use OCZ DDR2 1066 memory in my ASUS Crosshair?

No you shouldn't have a problem well with the spec's anyways, but that motherboard maybe picky. I don't know too much about that motherboard, but the compatiabilty of ram is usually on the manuel, if you've lost it or bought the board second hand lets say, and didnt get a manuel you can download them off the asus website.

but im 90% sure that it'll work.

You wont, but you have to manually set it to 1066 in the bios.
