I believe they'll be a great processor. Given that it has a Conroe based core, could it destroy the Sempron/Athlon 64 lines?

Given that it has less cache (therefore less heat), can it overclock better than a Conroe? Could we see 4ghz overclocks from the Conroe-L Celeron Ds on air?

What do you think?

The lower cache doesn't necessarily mean higher overclocks. Rather, it guarantees a heavy performance hit.

This looks really good for budget/home office builds though.

I'm interested to see how they'll perform(i'm interested in how all CPU's perform). I predict they'll outrun Semprons, and probably run on par with lower-end A64's(3000+-3500+). I wonder how miserly they'll be with power, and how easy to cool? :wink:
