When trying to install install SP4 on W2K Prof I get the
following error messages.

Program Error
sp4iis.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You need to restart the program. An error log
is being created.


Service Pack 4 Setup Error
Select 'OK' to undo the changes that have been made, or
select 'Cancel' to quit. If you select 'Cancel', your
system will be left in a partially updated state and may
not work correctly.

The relevant portion of the svcpack.log file is shown

I have tried running this update a number of times, even
in Safe Mode and still get the same errors.

Any ideas???
