Hullo there people! I got a lil bit of a problem. I think my ISP is blocking my P2P connections (ports). See I use bitcomet to download torrents and stuff, but since i got here at campus, it wont download anymore. It "connects" to the peers, but it never moves, it stays ar 0Kb/s Up and Download. So I think there is a blockade or something. ive checked my firewall, and other internet security stuff, and deactivateed all, even uninstalled several anti psy just to see if thats creating the problem, aparently not.

I can use the internet normaly, download and open pages and stuff, I just cant use bitcomet or torrents.

I got Win XP, SP2 P4 processor. anyideas?
thanks

Your campus is blocking it for legal reasons. Nothing you can do.
