Help!! Display Problems

A friend upgraded from Win M E to Win 2000 on a HP laptop his problem is
that the display is 3.5" X 4.5" he tried to upgraded drivers no help any
Ideas ? Thanks

There is no supported upgrade path from WinME to Windows 2000
