upgrade from win 98 to win 2000 cause booting up pc incomp..

I got " explorer.exe has generated errors & will be
closed by an error log is being created" errror message
after upgrade my pc from win 98 to win 2000 professional.
This cause the pc boot up completely. Please
helppppppppp!!!!
