Which vista64 friendly temp test?

I have a p5n32-e sli plus mb with e6700 oc to 3.4 ghz with 1gbx4 mem. I have't been able to find a stress test and accurate temp monitor to run. Does anyone with vista 64 have any advice?

I would like to know how much more I can go with my setup

i do i do, for the temp use speedfan 4.32 and for stress use prime 95, orthos, seti@home, and if u find it everest ultimate run the stress test to(ignore temp readings from everest) i run all of those at the same time to ensure real 100% cap or closest as possible. remember to run all ur programs in administrator mode and u must read the cd2 temp guide sticky
