sp4 - Don't Do It

I upgraded to SP4 and now my system crashes all the time.
When I installed SP4, I selected the save old files if you
want to remove SP4, but when I removed SP4, it left
problems. Specifically: SVCHOST.EXE.

I wish I had never installed SP4. Microsoft wants $ for
the hotfix download.
