I am at the end of my rope! I am trying to install
Franklin Covey Plan Plus which requires .net framework.
This is a company laptop, but I do have admin rights to
the local machine. When I try to install the .net
framework I get an error saying "error 1304. Error
writing to file microsoft.net\framework\1.1.4322
\system.windows.forms.dll. Verify you have access. I can
write files to this directory, but not this particular
file. How do I fix this?
