Can anyone tell me if upgrading Windows 2000 from
SP3 to SP4 changes registry settings that affect
disk access and performance, such as paging, etc?
Is it possible that any of these registry changes
make the disk temporarily unavailable (eg due to a low
number of free Page Table Entries (PTEs))?
