I need a suggestion on which tv tuner card I should buy.

I run Vista Ultimate x64 and want to play my PS2 on my monitor, being able to switch to watching TV is just a bonus. I couldn't get the Hauppauge PVR 150 to run without any delay in the video. DScaler wouldn't load and Chris-TV all ran with a 1.5sec delay.

Good luck with that...

I would first verify Vista compatibility...

It seem many have been having issues with TV/Wonder cards in Vista..

Just verify compat and you should be OK... SO that is where you should start.
