I am building a new system where I am ording all my Componants from newegg.com. I have decided on everything except the mobo. That last time I built a system was 7 years ago so I am a bit out of date.

I will be running the Intel Core 2 Duo e6400 conroe 2.13 GHz processor with 2G DDR2 800.

I don't know what mobo will be best suited for me. I would like to keep the price down but am willing to spend more if the bennefits warrent the cost.

So far I have considered these boards from newegg.
1.) ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard $129.99 Item #: N82E16813131142
2.) MSI P6N SLI Platinum LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard $164.99 Item#:N82E16813130081
3.) ASUS P5B Deluxe LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard $178.99 Item#:N82E16813131045

Please give me your thoughts as to what is the best bang for the buck, or if there is another board that is better than the three of these that I have not considered. I have $200 to spend.

Many thanks and happy trails.

Well, the best bang for the buck is probably the Gigabyte 965P-S3 or Biostar 965PT - if they have all the features that you need.
You didn't state what type of usage, any "must have" features (RAID, Firewire etc.) or whether you would be overclocking or not.
