Getting new comp, but want to an upgrade on old one also

I am getting a new comp sometime in the next few months(Whenever R600 drops and Nvidia responds), but I also want to upgrade my old computer so that I can use it on more modern games so I can play LAN games with the other comp. It currently has a 3500+ Athlon 64 single core and a radeon x1300, and a MSI Albacore motherboard. I have about 200 dollars to spend on upgrades, whats the best I could do with it?
