Help needed to retrieve data on a NTFS partition

We have a problem where we have some old legacy code that
is on a partition that is not accessible. The PC has never
been put on the current network, but was part of an old
network. The Partition can be seen by the local admin
account but not accessed as I believe it has been secured
for users of the previous network only. The PC is a
Win2000 PC, all partitions are NTFS.

Does anyone know how the data can be retrieved?
