Help,
I upgraded a Win98 machine to Windows 2000. Most
went well. However, I can not run the services.msc
file. When I "manage" my computer, "services" does
not show up under the "services and applicaitons"
folder.
If I doubt click on services.msc in \windows\system32
directory I get "snap-in failed to initialize"
