Which H/D is compatable for Biostar TForce 6100 AM2???

Can anyone verify for me the correct type hard drive to get for a Biostar 6100 TForce AM2 Socket AM2 mobo??

In the listed spec's on Newegg it shows; Storage devices
PATA - 2x ATA 100 up to 4 devices
SATA 3Gb/s - 2
SATA RAID - 0/1

From what I've noted here can you tell me what type hard drive to shop for? Or what other spec's I should be watching for???

I went to the Biostar site but I'm still confused. Message on there phone says, "no one there to answer, leave message".

Thank you NOVA. Further study on my part echos what you posted. I did find a drive on newegg that is only 250 Gbs but is sopposed to be cool and quiet. (Western Digital) I think I'm going to try it for $70.
