I've been trying to find the answer to this but so far
have been unable to.

We have a stand alone Windows 2000 server running for our
terminal services.

We are replacing this server and we were wondering if
there is a way to migrate the user accounts and profiles
without having to manually recreate them on the new server?

The replacement server is still going to be running
Windows 2000 Server.
