USB + DA-15 (gameport) PCI card?

Hi, I'm new here to the forumz, though I've been a regular reader of THG for several years now.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of the existence (& possibly where to buy) of a USB + DA-15 (gameport) PCI card? I'd like to bring my old joystick back out of retirement, but no longer have a gameport to plug it in since replacing my sound card. I recently tried a USB adapter in the hopes this would work & it didn't even get detected, as expected.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No one has any recommendations? I wouldn't think this would be such a hard find, though I've looked high & low on my own. Surely someone knows something?
