After a power on, I can't log on as a user using the
correct name and password. The screen just goes blue.
Then I power off and log in as the administrator. I can
log in at alternate times. If I try and the screen goes
blue I power off and try again. Next time I have been
able to log on to the system. This sequence appears to be
repeatable.

I have removed and reloaded Windows 2000 SR-1 and it
didn't make a difference.

Any help would be appreciated.
