I checked the Chapura Website and there doesn't seem to be anything that
will move the contacts and calendar on Palm Desktop to Outlook or to my
2415. Surely someone has a utility that accomplish this. HELP!

I stand corrected, very humbly. I no longer have the T5 and the contacts
are solely on the Palm Desktop. will it still work?

Comes in Standard or professional versions.

Thank you to all who answered my question on Data Transfer. What I did was
to export each contact and calendar entry as a card file, then open and save
it to Outlook. All are safely synched with the iPAQ 2415 and Outlook.
Incidentally, I don't use Outlook as the primary e-mail program. Rather, we
use Outlook Express. Thanks again everybody!

no, pocket mirror will allow you to sync your palm, with outlook (thus
moving all data to outlook) and then you simply sync your pocketpc. if you
no longer have the palm it makes this a much more complicated process.
Chapurra has a program called pocketcopy that will move the info directly
from Palm Desktop to Outlook without the need for a palm. the downside is
it costs $$$.
the other options are free, but much more involved. I know PalmDesktop has
a limited "export" feature and some of the data can be Exported to a file,
and then imported into Outlook, but if I remember correctly, you need to
manually "map" the fields when you import and even then you only get some of
the data.
the other suggestion I have heard is using the sync capabilities of a free
Yahoo mail account to sync first with palm desktop and then back to Outlook,
although, this has limitations also.

you might want to use google groups to search for this topic, as many have
been through what you are trying to do, with mixed results.
