Maybe DVI and analog audio inputs do not work together? Try a digital audio
input (coax or optical)
Archived from groups: alt.tv.tech.hdtv (More info?)
According to the manual fior your set
(http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200401/20040128190942609_BN68-00574A-01Eng.pdf)
it looks like the audio input on your TV that goes with the DVI input is the
PC AUDIO INPUT jack (the little "phone-type"connector under the S-video
connector), NOT the RCA-type connectors above the video in connector.
Hope this helps.
