NT to Win2k

Hi all;

I'm sure this has been revisited time and time again. I
have a lot of resources on how to upgrade my PDC to Win2k
etc from MS and other sources.

What I really need is someone who has actually done this
routine and can point some pitfalls to avoid.
Here's what I have so far before upgrade.

1.) Have 1 PDC with 2 BDC. One of the BDCs I will take
offline BEFORE I upgrade.

2.) DNS is running on a Win2k member server.

3.) DHCP and WINS on a NT machine.

MY ???

1.) After upgrading one of my BDCs all the user accounts
"should" migrate over correct?
Has Anyone seen snafus?

2.) My DNS/DHCP/WINS s/b ok since I'm not touching those
servers during inital upgrade to the PDC. Correct?

Any help would be grately appreciated. Thanks in advance.
