I just loaded Win Pro 200 on a 200GB hard drive and
partitioned it in 3 partitions during set up.
Now only two partitions show up. C and D Drive
The third partition does not show up at all.
How can I recover this partition without formating the
hard drive again?

Have you assigned it a drive letter? Check to see what Disk Management has
to say about it. From the "Run" box;
diskmgmt.msc
