Reinstalling windows 7 2 HDD

Ok I have to reinstall my os for multiple reason, but anyway, my os is installed on a 1TB hdd, but I have another 500GB hdd where I store back-ups, docs and my downloads. If I reintall my OS, that means start fresh, will the non os hdd be formated as well. Thanks in advance

Not unless you format it during the install.Just format the drive that the os is currently on!
