i dont know what ram you have but it might be a good idea to underclock it right back while overclocking
set the memory speed to 100 while overclocking and when you have found a stable overclock you can them put it up

set the memory to 2t command rate to get it more stable

you might want to put the voltage higher as well try 1.5/1.6v and see if you can get a better overclock

but i think you should be happy with your overclock you already have and remember that just because someone else can get an amazing overclock doesnt mean you will be able to

EDIT:dont forget to underclock the HTT set it to 4,3 or even 2 while overclocking
