Hello everybody.

A few days ago I downloaded Ubuntu6.10 LiveCD and burned it tonight to give it a try. It was a tad long to start but that was to be expected since it's runing from the CD. It looks like all of my hardware was recognize, including my Microsoft mouse ( 8O  ).

My problem is that when I went to the wireless connection they ask me all the information of my network instead of just scanning the available wireless connection and asking for my password to connect to it. Do I have to enter everything manually or is there a way to get it to scan automaticly?

Thanks to answer a Linux noob...

P.S.: To the one that distrust Linux, I gotta say it's quite fast if you consider everything launch from the CD. It also looks good and everything is quite easy to find. I won't switch to it tommorow, but it's not bad at all.
