Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.setup_upgrade (More info?)

 

I had a few SP4 installation failed for the past day. 2 machines would
install SP4 half way through and then I got an error message "access denied"
and then it rolled back the install.

I tried to copy the install files from the network to the lcoal drive and
got the same problem.

Any idea?
