I have two dc's, upgraded them from 2000 to Server 2003. The PDC/DNS server
is working but the other dc, in a remote site, is having huge problems. The
doc on this error is useless as it describes the cause as accounts with
strange ASCII characters as the problem. There are no accounts like this
and I cannot determine a fix. Please advise. When I try and logon locally
it takes about 4 minutes, when accessing an mmc I get a "server is not
operational" message and a red X in the service.
