computer acts like shift key is stuck, prints random caps. Accessibility sticky keys on at start-up even though "use shortcut" is off. Not mechnical as I cleaned keybd. Ran adaware, spybot, Norton and some online scans --- all report nothing wrong. Any ideas? Am wondering if I deleted a dll as I removed some pgms. How can I find what if any, dll got deleted?
Do not have XP disks as it is an Toshiba OEM install. Can repair from OEM disks.
Thanks for any help,
Fran

Already tried a new keybd and no luck. Also tried a restore but the sticky keys menu pops up and prevents system restore. Any more suggestions? Thanks for the response
